Dr. James Joseph Faremouth is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. He is the Medical Director at Green Balance Health and Wellness and certified by the State of Florida to recommend Medical Cannabis. Dr. Faremouth has studied the benefits of Medical Marijuana for many years and has been on the frontline as an advocate. Originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Dr. Faremouth maintained a private practice for seven years prior to moving to Naples, Florida in December 2007. In Naples, Dr. Faremouth opened the walk-in clinic on Collier Blvd for Anchor Health. After Anchor was purchased by NCH, Dr. Faremouth joined Millennium Physician Group seeing hospital, clinic, and nursing home patients. In 2014, Dr. Faremouth joined Premier Hospitalist Group where he continues to see patients in the hospital and nursing home settings. He continues to work treating patients in the clinic, skilled nursing environment and facial aesthetics.
Dr. James Faremouth is a graduate of The Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, June 1996 and completed his internship and residency with Horizon Health Systems, a division of Henry Ford Hospital, Michigan July,1999.
